Organizational constellations represent a breakthrough technology for professionals working in or with organizations. Organizational Constellations address efficiency and effectiveness within organizations while also attending to the larger concerns of our shared humanity.
The key challenge facing most of us is finding leverage points of small actions and decisions that have a powerful ripple effect and build self-sustaining momentum around desired changes.
This course will help you maximize, in positive and useful ways, your ability to influence and guide organizations through these turbulent times.
The Organizational Constellations workshop is particularly intended for:

• Understand how power really works in organizations.
• Use gut feelings and hunches effectively in organizations.

• Work with the passive vs. active owner dynamics in family-owned businesses & closely-held firms.
• Examine issues of engagement and cooperation among employees at various levels.
