M. Jane Peterson, PhD, is the founder and director of the Human Systems Institute, Inc.
Her work is internationally respected for the high quality of training and consulting she offers in the field of systemic constellation work, including both family and organizational constellations. Jane has trained systemic constellation work in Asia, South America, Mexico, Canada, Europe and the U.S. In 2005, she organized and sponsored the first U.S. Conference in the constellation work.
The institute is currently offering its tenth year of training programs. Jane started her professional career as an engineer and manager in a high tech firm. In the course of becoming a constellation facilitator, she has also been a professional ceramic artist.
Jane is a master practitioner of Neuro- linguistic Programming, a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, a Certified Professional Behavioral Coach and a member of the Family Firm Institute, and the American Counseling Association. She has a doctorate in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University.
