Elmar E. Dornberger, LPC, MFA, MPsych., is the founder of Hemisphere Consulting in Boulder, CO and is a member of the Rocky Mountain Alliance of Systemic Constellation Work. He started working systemically with individuals, groups and organizations almost 10 years ago.
Elmar attended the first International Organization Constellations Training Intensive in Holland in October, 2004. This training included Structural -, Solution-focused -, as well as Tetra Lemma Constellation work. Elmar is currently offering a constellation facilitator-training program. He is a Board Certified Professional Counselor, holds a Masters Degree in Visual Communications and a BA in Mechanical Engineering. He is a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Certified Hypnotherapist.
