The full day Constellations and Coaching course combines talks, discussion, exercises and full Constellations. It is designed for both professional coaches and Constellation facilitators interested in expanding their repertoire of client empowerment tools. The Course will focus primarily on working with individuals.
The course leaders are internationally recognized innovators of practical applications and explanatory theories on the intelligent expression of human systems. The presentation will demonstrate several forms of user friendly, practical Constellations used within a coaching framework; some focused on trans-generational issues and others looking forward to how systems grow and evolve. Coaching Constellations have the ability to look forward or backward in time. Looking forward, situational Constellations–involving goals, client resources, and other players–become a rich resource for developing strategy and tactics. Transgenerational Family Constellations can be used effectively when the ordinary tools for reframing behavioral blocks leave deeper systemic roots untouched.

- Inside Team Constellations™–look at the inner allies available to every individual as a powerful resource.
- Money Constellations—uncover and re-align transgenerational issues in clients’ relationships with financial prosperity.
Beyond their practical benefits, Constellations invite a larger examination of relationship systems theory. Deeper understanding of the wisdom expressed in relationship systems leads clients towards better career choices, life paths, and spiritual practices. These in turn support the healing of families, cultures, and the planet.
